It’s Labor Day! In honor of the holiday, we wanted to give you a great link to a post about how important it is for ad sales people to take some time for themselves and not think about sales once in a great while. But we could not find one single post that talks about the benefits of hitting the reset button in ad sales. Crazy!
So here’s our nichey two cents:
You MUST take some time for yourself as an ad sales person. It’s often stressful and exhausting to keep yourself pumped up all the time! You will do a better job if you take a time out, seriously.
So hopefully you have the day off today and are doing something fun with friends and/or family. Give yourself a personal refresh day by hiking, trying a new cuisine, flying a kite, taking day trip to somewhere new. Or maybe even cleaning out the closet or garage that has been nagging at you in the back of your mind for months now. Whatever you decide to do, make sure your enjoy yourself!
