Come on, admit it……almost everyone has done it at least a few times.
Is it a waste of time? Not necessarily.
We’re talking about QUIZZES. A recent article from SayDaily discusses the effectiveness of offering quizzes–which not only increase reader engagement, but also can increase sales conversion rates too.
Quizzes are the most shared content out there. Doesn’t every niche publisher want to create niched-out content that their target audience wants to read and share?

“According to the folks at Qzzr (a new start-up that offers quiz-based content), quiz posters average a conversion rate of 14.7 percent for sales leads and 23.2 percent for special offers with a 330 percent month-over-month growth rate.”
The article explains why quizzes can also generate new leads quite successfully and includes a list of top quizzes that went viral and why they worked.
So if you are not offering quizzes to your readers, think about it. Quizzes are easy to create and cost-effective too. Try, test and measure the results. And don’t forget to have fun with it.
